acoustic upright piano in Kalyan, Maharashtra for sale

It's a Collard & Collard-London make,underdamper,black coloured acoustic upright piano,and is in fairly good* condition.Yes,it will need tuningI-haven't tuned it in 8-9+ months.Don't have an exact idea about how old it is actually as I got it about 4 years ago from someone else.Also,I have failed to find a serial number on the piano,which could indicate its age.That apart,it does have a decent sound and look.(You can find out more about 'Collard & Collard' on the internet)
REASON FOR SALE-
plan on buying a good piano weighted keyboard instead-which will provide me with a lot more facilities(yes,I may not sound that smart giving up a piano,but I have to choose-I can't have both!Fair enough!)..and the fact that I am in need of some money!
